Who they are

Fred Pinto is an IP, technology, and transactional lawyer and entrepreneur who has been serving the needs of founders for over 15 years through Pinto Legal and Fit To Exit. He holds honor degrees in civil and common law from the University of Ottawa, graduate law degrees in international law from Leiden University, and comparative law from McGill — where he was named Meredith Memorial Scholar in IP law. He has lectured at McGill Law School, spoken for leading thought leadership organizations, and edited for peer-reviewed law journals.
