This Fulfillment Policy governs purchases made through matteen.com, including MATTEEN INNER CIRCLE FULL MEMBERSHIP enrollments, workshop registrations, event tickets, and other services or products offered on matteen.com. This policy is operated by Matteen Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place of business at 2110 N Ocean Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305.
This Fulfillment Policy is incorporated by reference into the Website Terms of Use and, where applicable, the Membership Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Fulfillment Policy and the Membership Agreement, the Membership Agreement controls for MATTEEN INNER CIRCLE FULL MEMBERSHIP enrollments.
Matteen.com sells exclusively digital services and educational experiences. We do not sell physical products through matteen.com. Consequently, this Fulfillment Policy does not include provisions for physical shipping, delivery, returns of tangible goods, or customs charges.

All purchases are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Payment is accepted by valid credit card only.
All charges from matteen.com will appear on your credit card statement as “MATTEEN LABS” — this is the legal name of the entity operating both matteen.com and humancharts.com. If you also make purchases on humancharts.com, those charges will appear under the same “MATTEEN LABS” descriptor. Please retain this information to help you identify legitimate charges and to avoid initiating chargebacks in error.
By providing your payment details at checkout, you authorize Matteen Labs and Stripe to charge your payment method for the amount displayed, together with any applicable taxes and fees, in accordance with the terms of your purchase.
If you enroll in MATTEEN INNER CIRCLE FULL MEMBERSHIP, your payment method will be automatically charged monthly on the same calendar day of each month throughout the 12-month Initial Paid Term and any Renewal Term, unless you terminate in accordance with the Membership Agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any requirement to receive advance notice of each recurring charge.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method current, valid, and up to date. If your credit card expires, is cancelled, or becomes invalid, you must promptly provide a replacement. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in payment default and acceleration of all remaining fees under the Membership Agreement.
All fees are exclusive of any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes, which are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Upon successful enrollment in MATTEEN INNER CIRCLE FULL MEMBERSHIP or Trial Membership and completion of payment (if applicable), you will receive access credentials by email within 24 hours. Access includes:

If you do not receive your access credentials, confirmation, or download link within 24 hours of purchase, please submit a request via our contact form and select the category “Refund or Order Issue.” Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
MATTEEN INNER CIRCLE FULL MEMBERSHIP is a non-cancellable 12-month commitment. Once enrolled as a Paid Member, you are unconditionally obligated to pay the full annual fee regardless of attendance, use, life circumstances, or subsequent disagreement. Paid Membership fees are non-refundable, and this Fulfillment Policy does not create any right of refund for Paid Membership beyond what is expressly stated in the Membership Agreement.
Any Trial Fee charged for a Trial Period is fully earned by Matteen Labs upon the first day the Services are provided to you and shall not be refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Trial Fees do not credit toward, roll over into, or reduce any subsequent Membership Fee. Each individual is entitled to only one Trial Period. Please review these terms in the Membership Agreement before purchasing a Trial.
Refund and cancellation rules for individual workshops and events depend on the format and timing:
Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you, no refund will be provided. Please review product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
Matteen Labs may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances (such as a technical failure that prevents you from accessing what you purchased). Any such discretionary refund does not create a precedent or entitlement for future refunds.
Do not initiate a chargeback. You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback for any fee that has been properly billed in accordance with your purchase agreement. Initiating a chargeback in breach of this Section constitutes a material breach of your purchase agreement and entitles Matteen Labs to recover the disputed amount, all chargeback fees, and reasonable attorneys' fees, in addition to any other permitted recourse. If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first via our contact form (select “Chargeback Inquiry”) so we can resolve the issue directly.
Any failed, declined, or reversed payment shall constitute a payment default. In such event, the outstanding amount shall immediately accrue a late fee of $50.00, together with interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower).
Upon any payment default under the Membership Agreement, Matteen Labs may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, declare all remaining unpaid fees for the applicable Term immediately payable in full, and/or suspend or revoke access to the Services. You shall pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys' fees, court and arbitration filing fees, collection agency fees, and bank charges.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. International purchasers are responsible for any applicable exchange rates, foreign transaction fees, or currency conversion costs imposed by their card issuer or bank.
Promotional pricing, discounts, and time-limited offers include specific terms and conditions visible at checkout or in related promotional materials. Promotional pricing does not modify the underlying Membership Agreement or Terms of Use unless expressly stated.
Matteen Labs reserves the right to modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to matteen.com. Your continued use of matteen.com or any subsequent purchase after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Fulfillment Policy.
For purchases already made before a modification, the Fulfillment Policy in effect at the time of purchase continues to apply to that purchase.
