Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS, pursuant to the JAMS Arbitration Rules and Procedures, held in Miami, Florida. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in class action proceedings. The prevailing party in any action to enforce these Terms is entitled to recover costs and attorneys' fees.
