- Physical Products — Contact us within 14 days to initiate a refund request. Items must be returned in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection.
- Live Sessions — Refunds are available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund; we may offer to reschedule. No refunds are provided once a session has been attended or accessed.
Delivery Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times after shipment:
- Domestic Shipping — 3–7 business days after shipment
- International Shipping — Varies by destination country and customs processing. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Return Policy

- Live Session Cancellations — Live sessions may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged for that time.
